Let’s Go

No, I don’t mean Let It Go (fun song, though.) πŸ˜‰

Let’s go.

In light of the many protests nation-wide, and the fact that this is the holiday season, let’s all do our absolute best to make time to turn someone’s day bright! I was at a Christmas bizarre today, and the speaker had a thought-provoking question: What if there was a rule that said the only gifts we could give were our actions?

What if our gifts were our actions?

The world will only change when we do. Let’s go!

Galatians 6:10 Whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone, especially to our Christian brothers and sisters. (NLT)

  1. I gave a few of your pieces a quick read, directed from your comment under Community Pool. Very easy to read and great to see blogs that try and promote good in the world!

    • Thank you for the positive feedback!

I visited your blog, and in answer to your question, I think the only reason we think life is greener on the other side is because we don’t realize just how blessed we are on this side. πŸ™‚ If we were to start a list of every blessing we have, anything from a house to a blanket to food, I think we’d find just how blessed we are.
I personally would add a widget that allows people who aren’t on WordPress to still follow your blog via email. πŸ™‚ But that’s just a suggestion.

      • Thanks a million for the feedback! I’ll have to trust you on that one for now though, I think it’s something each person is going to have to discover themselves (I’m just going to blog about my attempts). Thanks again though, nice to see a ray of sunshine every so often. And cheers for the widget advice, it’s just been added!

      • You’re right – each person will have to discover their answer for themselves. πŸ™‚

Great! And I encourage you to keep coming back. πŸ™‚

    • Thank you! I’m sorry I didn’t respond; I’ve been busy and somehow forgot to respond. But thank you again for visiting my blog. I encourage you to keep coming back. πŸ™‚

You seem to be into technology, which I like. Following. πŸ™‚ The only thing I would suggest is updating your About page so people can learn more about you, and feel like they know you better. My About page is a continual work in progress, but I do know that at times I like to visit peoples’ About pages to learn more about them. πŸ™‚
